im gonna explain how to add new fonts for renegade so follow this tutorial
lets start


1- Download the fonts you want to use for renegade [two fonts needed]
Here's some sites for downloading fonts :

==4==

My fonts:
Adventure.TTF
Abduction.TTF
2- When you have finished downloading the fonts , put them in your renegade Folder NOT DATA.

Note: You can only use TWO FONTS.

3- Great , now lets get back to work . Go To westwood/Renegade/Data/stylemgr.ini

4- Ok a window will appear just like this picture :



5- Do The Following Changes:
File01=54251___.TTF

replace 54251___.TTF with your 1st font name for example : Adventure.TTF

File02=ARI_____.TTF

replace ARI_____.TTF with your 2nd font name for example : Abduction.TTF




Note: Don't Add *File03* it won't work.

6- Scroll down and u'll see this :



Regatta Condensed LET , [The real font name]

50 , [Size Of the font]

0 [If you want bold type 1 , if not type 0]

Note: What do you mean by Real font name ? and whats the fake one ?
The fake one is The font file name: Adventure.TTF [For Example]
the real font name is this : [Tofo]



to explain more :
our example : fake font name [file name] is Adventure.TTF
our example : real font name is Tofo

our example : fake font name[file name] is Abduction.TTF
our example : real font name is Obero

[ Sometimes it could be the same but with no TTF ]

7- I made this one for example




8- now im gonna explain whats FONT_TITLE , FONT_TOOLTIPS ... etc
i made it easier for you guys : The texts in the blue squares are the meaning of the following words which means that if you changed the size and font of FONT_...etc the text in it's squar will be changed

FONT_INGAME_TXT: Chat Box , Players names And Text in loading screen
FONT_INGAME_BIG_TXT: Loading title
FONT_INGAME_SUBTITLE_TXT: medium titles ingame
FONT_INGAME_HEADER_TXT: large titles ingame

do Realfont,size,bold For all fonts
ignore the audio settings when scroling down
DO NOT TOUCH the audio settings
when you have done it
save it and run renegade

k, i tried and marcin tried to get this font working but had no luck.
Can someone do a NEW one for me?
I would like the one in the tutorial called FONT_TOOLTIPS (pic is of pressing K)
Could you make it for all font? f2, f3, menu,etc

Well, as you said those tutorial doesn't cover changing the player name/credits and that's what I'd like to change.
