If none want to donate ( new domain costs 40€ per year ) then i will close this website permanent.

yes i know, but thats the only way, its not possible to add another domain.
Because i have no access to the DNS settings here, and cause of that is just a frame redirection possible
so no C or A name :/

I just can use the domain names from forumotion.com and no others :/
I rly would switch to an own server..but forumotion disallow Database or FTP backups Sad

so i cant switch the server.

Crysis, can you download all the files and keep track of everything and make a new site thats cheaper for you to maintain?

that isnt possible, i dont have access to the FTP or Database, if i make a new site, ALL posts, members will be lost. Also i must add manual every download to the new site.
Over 1000 Downloads and and and..its a bit much of work, or?
And like i said..40€ per YEAR..not month.

If i got no donations, then renegadeskins.net will be dead in 97 days.

okay. So what if we all download some files and then you make a new website for a much cheaper price PER YEAR? And just add a new address and tell it to the members on msn or something? I'd make it my status for msn and stuff. I really like the site and everything about the members and forums. I hope it works out.

No i dont think so that i make a complete new site.

it would take months to do that.
I must install a new forum software, have to code some plugins that it nearly the same like here.

I must create a compelte new style, because the style of this forum doesnt work on any other forum software.

I have to upload all skins, must write topics, must link it, must reupload screenshots, have to link them again.

Then every user must register again.

This host is the most secure server, i dont have access to the Database or FTP, so its impossilbe to hack this site completly. :p

Think realistically Crysis, what is the general age of the members here? under 20 right?
How many of you guys have jobs? how many are still in school? I guarantee no-one will donate. Because no-one has the disposable income to do so.

I work for my money, and I don't get much. I offer hosting and all sorts to help out but i simply cannot part with a lump sum of money. It's not possible. and many others will feel the same.
