I change now the settings for the download area.
Only Members can download skins. Guests can only see the Screenshots/Images.

Reasons for that:
-Monthly traffic goes down.
-Banned members cant download skins now.
-I hope with that i get more Members&comments = Activity goes up.


I also sended this Information via Newsletter to all registred members
