Need some help with names...

Registration date: 2011-01-09

Some days ago I've installed a mod for Renegade and some of my characters got renamed. Sakura - Black Widow assasin,
Mendozza - Tesla Trooper,
Moebius - Shock Trooper,
Havoc - Spec Ops Sniper, etc.
I wonder, how is it possible to change names like that? Is there any file with their names, or what?
Plz tell me if someone knows.

I think that those names are changed through objects.ddb (or whatever it is called)
I don't really know more about it though

I think you can edit the names of whoever with strings.tbd or whatever the file extention is.

Yes, it was the strings file. I think its a .tdb file.
EDIT: Strings must be inside always.dat I cant find it.

I think you need LE in order to access and open the file. I may be wrong here as its been a while since I fiddled with LE.

Just delete the mod file you downloaded. Or search in your data the strings.tdb and delete it. That should bring you back the original names/strings.

I don't wanna delet it I wanna try to make my own names. If I wanted to delete it, I won't post here. But thanks anyway, and thank you others. Hmm... I haven't found any names there... Only

EDIT:
I've found that strings, but after opening it I found that it had all with squareds and numbers.
I surfed the internet and I found that I need Level Edit to edit that strings. But in fact, I'm not a big master in Level Edit...
