i recorded 3 videos at fraps each other is 5 minute and they are 5 gigabyte!

When I put my Videos made with X Fire ( lots of GB too^^) into my windows movie maker and publish it on my PC it goes smaller 5 GB maybe only 500MB :I

take any video recorded by fraps and convert it whit this program to an avi, mp4 or what ever, it will decrease the size of the file in a significant way.

The quality of the video will be based on the resolution of the original video files. To obtain the maximum amount of video quality when using Any Video Converter, convert the files to .mp4, set it to x264 and 1920x1080 resolution, and 12000 bitrate. (Though of course you could set the video codec to ffv1, but the output video files will be extremely huge.)
For fps rate, you usually want to set it to auto and for audio set the bitrate to 320.
